Comment:  Without a doubt this is the top house. They have a amazing house down on Fifth avenue and the parties are GREAT!!! Their annual philanthropy event is by far the most popular event on campus, last year they raised around $300,000 dollars and it was phenomenal. All the girls love them, the University love them, the other frats are jealous of them. What else can you say about this TOP HOUSE!
