Comment:  Personally, I think Chi Phi is the most fun out of the middle tier frat group. They know how to throw good parties, and actually know how to talk to girls without being awkward or creepy AF. Pretty good-looking for the most part. Haven't met their winter PC yet but I really liked their fall.
