Comment:  Phi Psi I think is top tier now. I know it may seem strange to say that after a spring rush but they're the only fraternity other than Sig Ep that seems to really value quality guys over numbers or take them for the wrong reasons. PIKE is good too but they've had a rocky year and I think Phi Psi will pass them soon.
