Comment:  chivalrous is a strong word to use for them. Some are nice and some are scrum bags. Over all in every way they are average. You could tell this group apart from Delt or Sigep if you tried. But I guess they did turn the organization around. After all phi delt was one of the worst chapters at Baylor for like 25 years.
