Comment:  I'd say they are top tier right now because of their seniors but they are definitely going down the drain. They target specific girls they really want and then give out snap bids to the rest. Have a campaign after bid day to make the snap bids they don't want feel unwanted in the house so that they will drop. Would not be surprised if pi phi was completely gone at the end of this decade. Least respected sorority on campus by far
