Comment:  Lets be honest, they throw the best parties. Anyone who says otherwise is kidding themselves. The only reason the SAE's are top tier on this site is because the Chi Phi's aren't petty enough to sit and rate people poorly. You can go to to Chi Phi and know absolutely no one and still have a good time. They're friendly with great music.
