Comment:  id say that kappa delta is either at the bottom of the top tier or at the top of the middle. they are below a phi, chi o and dg and maybe kappas. they seem to really be moving up the ranks though and their new PC is really hot. all the girls I've meet are super chill, although they do like to party quite a bit. looking good kd, on your way up.
