Comment:  Top house, but more relaxed. They probably have the most brunets and hipsters. They're fun though, and don't give off a girly vibe. Beautiful girls and most of them are smart and well rounded. They have a big presence on campus but one that is just much more relaxed. They pay attention to frats other then just sig ep Ato and phi sig...which is good...Big presence at Aepi and sigma new etc. Some of the Pi Phis I've met are mean but the majority of them are sweethearts.
