Comment:  Can you say Geed city? Absolutely zero brotherhood, half the house doesn't even know each other. This is the definition of the whole "buy your friends" stereotype that the greek system gets. They'll accept anybody, literally. Parties are lame, dudes are a bunch a try hards that don't understand what a real fraternity is about. Don't waste your time with this gentlemen's club if you're trying to rush a real fraternity.
