Comment:  Not your average stereotypical fraternity which is a good thing. They're not as superficial as the other fraternities, they'll take you if you seem like a good guy despite appearance. They're probably the most popular fraternity in the non-Greek community , like the poster below me mentioned, they're the most Santa Cruz like fraternity if you get my drift. They're not very popular with the three top sororities but that says more about the sororities than it does about them.
