Comment:  I am just throwing it out there that this overall rank is not correct at all. Yes, we all know that they are new, but they have also had four years to try and step up their game. They are not progressing in their social life at all. Plus I have heard multiple Phi Sigs talk badly about one another, so their sisterhood aspect is seriously lacking.
