Comment:  The Chi O chapter seems to be going through a bit of a slump. Their PC was not as strong this fall. There are more choices of strong houses now than just the old groups. This house still demands high grades and has more alumni involvement than most (good and bad for the chapter). I think they are still a top group but not THE top anymore.
