Comment:  Been around since '07/'08? This fraternity can't even maintain 30 members for the full school year, while newer fraternities starting up are double their size, probably more. I would say that Phi Psi may have potential to grow in the future if they live that long, but from what I am seeing, they are still struggling with numbers.
