Comment:  Chi O's are in NO WAY Kappa rejects hahaha. I had the top 3 houses on Pref day (which includes Chi O and Kappa) and I preffed Chi O over Kappa. Kappa is a great house and I really loved it, but Chi Os and Kappas are different, so that doesn't mean Chi O's are Kappa rejects. I believe Chi O is 2nd house and Kappa is 3rd.
