Comment:  Just average. Kind of considered a wannabe house. Usually not a top house preferred, but get the leftovers of PiPhi, ChIO and Theta. They live on greek rank and some think they may have a committee working this site, so on here they are usually considered top. But honestly greek town doesn't think that. Not a bad house but very average!
