Comment:  Not quite there but on the rise. Really nice lodge. Had some of the best parties in fall 13 from what I saw. Really separated themselves last semester from KA, but still aren't considered top with Fiji, Phi delt, SAE, and delt. All that is really keeping them from getting there is a little affiliation. If they stay out of trouble, have a couple more good semesters in a row like they had last fall, and can get some positive affiliation with the top fraternities, they could maybe get to the top.
