Comment:  Pretty awesome socially. I don't hang out there all the time, but always a great time when I do, and there's always something going on when the rest of campus is dead. They do drink a lot more than most, and thats not always a good thing. New pledge class is awesome and the old creepers are gone, so maybe another year or 2 until it's considered for top house.
