Comment:  Top 3 with Tri Delt and Pi Phi. Of the top 3, this is the party house while Pi Phi is the more Christian, nice girl house and Tri Delt is the rich, slightly snobby house. Nobody will argue they aren't nice, fun girls, but could be a bit more classy.
