Comment:  I know Theta Chi very well. They are above self ranking, so those people who are writing there that they are self rankers, need to get a life. Theta Chi should be number one in this list because of how strong their brotherhood is and how much of perfect gentlemen they are. They're sweethearts to other sororities and live up to their motto. I love them!
