Comment:  Chi O's are known as the "top" sorority at many schools, but not at UTC. The girls here are not classy at all and they continue to get worse with every pledge class. Yes, they win a lot of events...but that doesn't change the girls personality's. They are strong recruiters, but thats about all they're good at. I would definitely suggest rushing another sorority.
