Comment:  While certainly not top-tier, Delta Upsilon is definitely an up and coming fraternity that is moving into the middle tier. Their involvement is high, and their brotherhood is very strong. Don't go here if you're looking for a rager, but Delta Upsilon is capable of hosting larger parties. However, they're not very fratty and I don't think they're secret. All around, I think that their reputation is growing, and I heard they've attracted a lot of brothers.
