Comment:  Okay, honestly I don't think there's really a 'bottom' tier at UNC. But pi phi definitely THINKS they're a top tier when they're actually on par with kappa, if not lower now. They're more awkward than kappa and at least kappa owns their quirky personalities. If you're thinking pi phi I'd recommend axo, tri sigma, or kkg instead
