Comment:  Top tier fraternity on Iowa's campus. Known for being very conservative and preppy. Very involved on campus and in the community. Phi delt and phi psi are known as being the 'top 2' houses on campus and are pretty big rivals. Phi psi is a little more put together while phi delt is known for throwing bigger parties.
