Comment:  Kappa Delta Rho at Penn State University is one of the top fraternities on campus. From events to intermurals, KDR takes part. Though I did not become a brother on campus, I wish I had, considering I was not in the fun college crowd and life. I'd definitly recommend Kappa Delta Rho.
