Comment:  This chapter is definitely top tier and definitely the whole package. They have the highest GPA on campus so they're definitely smart. Their sisters are funny and extremely tasteful and classy. One thing that sets Theta apart from other top tier sororities is their genuineness. Its obvious how close their sisterhood is.
