Comment:  I went through rush this year and heard many negative things about this house and thought some of the girls were somewhat off. However I've met countless girls this year in PC 13 that really seem to be bringing up the house; attractive and nice. It'll probably take a few years but this house is on its way up. Good job ladies!!!
