Comment:  They're rechartered so there's alot of chaos going on with them. I've met some nice ones but there are several who have gone out of their way to say mean things about other organizations. They recently got in trouble with their nationals for not abiding to proper protocols with their nationals. They're showing some great improvements in comparison to what they came from, can't wait to see what they do in the future!
