Comment:  Yes, they're off campus..but whatever haha I'm still ranking them. One of my really good friends was a pledge at Beta until they got in trouble. They still have apartment and house parties, and I've been to a couple and believe it or not they've actually been some of the best parties I've ever been to. Leave it to the Betas to keep the partying alive even when they're not technically a fraternity anymore :)
