Comment:  Kappa used to be pretty much agreed upon as the top chapter at WashU, but over the last 3 years people have seen them as going downhill for various reasons - less attractive, worse personalities, cliquier, etc. They also happen to be the chapter that cares the most about having a hot/top-tier reputation. PNMs should be VERY careful if they want Kappa during recruitment and make sure they see it for what it really is: superficial and not poised to improve over the next few years.
