Comment:  I mean no doubt Theta and DG are top houses (finest girls, most popularity with frat dudes) . It's just how to decide between the two. Theta can be southern, all-American, but actually has some of the finer international girls. DG on the other hand is more a city-type coalition of NYC, LA, Boston, etc. girls. Take your pick, but what I will say is the Theta girls are simpler in terms of their taste in film, musique, books, all that, while the DG girls tend to have broad interests.
