Comment:  Upper middle tier. The only people who honestly think this fraternity is top tier material are Delts or dating a Delt. Their parties are mediocre, their house is too far from campus, their guys are average looking, and they're made up of a lot of reserved, kind of awkward members. Fajitas and ritas is the only thing that keeps these guys above middle tier chapters like Sigma Chi, and with last semester's events, their reputation is only deteriorating
