Comment:  Bumping them up in rankings because they're much better than this website says (but I also basically agree with my rankings anyway). I feel like across the board, everyone likes Phi Psi. Fraternities respect them, sororities love to hang with them. Seems like a pretty good place to be. Yea, they smoke a lot of weed and party hard - but this is college...they're doing it right. Thumbs up! :)
