Comment:  After looking at this site, it seems like there's some sort of consensus that SigEp is the best fraternity, but I just don't get it. I go to the mixers we have with them, but my friends and I rarely have a good time. They're really close with each other, but they aren't fun or nice for that matter. Pi Kapps are nice and Phi Psis are fun, but Sig Ep doesn't really have either of those qualities. How can they still be "top house"? Just my honest opinion!
