Comment:  a "top" fraternity, but they really do belong at Chico State. How these guys got into UCLA I will never know. A bunch of himbos but they have a lot of groupies (AKA Kappas), so that feeds the himbo fire. I think most of them grow up to be swarmy sales guys. Still water runs deep. Loud waters run shallow. These guys are LOUD.
