Comment:  They're at a bit of a turning point right now. Their sophomores are a lot more sisterly and social than the seniors, but the seniors are the ones who push their involvement in everything. They've had problems with internal squabbling that seems to be isolated to the older classes at this point. Junior class had a lot of snap bids and isn't really big enough to have much influence over the sorority as a whole. They need to figure out where they're going right now.
