Comment:  I don't know why all of a sudden people are trying to bash this house. They've had good recruitment over the past 2 or 3 years, never get in trouble, and always are having some sort of function on the weekend and even a lot of weekdays ( oh and their not tryhards which is a big relief). It just seems like everyone on this is in denial of which houses have stepped up and became popular. Phi Delts isn't the most popular, but i would definitely put them in the top 5 or 6 in my opinion.
