Comment:  Their brotherhood is a work in progress but they are heading in the right direction otherwise. It is evident there is great disparity between the newer and older guys. They group together during Pike events but they pass each other between classes and off campus without acknowledging each others presence at times. The brotherhood isn't there at times.
