Comment:  I feel like sigma chai tea latte gives off a very east-coast fratty vibe, which makes them seem try hardy but only because they are the only guys that go for the traditional-looking setup that every private school frat is like. Whether that distinguished them as top is debatable but they do a good job of being really fratty, and UCSD isnt the frattiest of colleges
