Comment:  Great brotherhood and going to benefit from Theta Chi getting kicked off. Horrible location compared to other top houses so that hurts them. Really fun socials and their house is one of the nicest on campus. Their younger guys are better than their older guys. Some of their older brothers are weird and not too social at sorority functions. Their younger guys try a little too hard though. Awesome guys, but too much vineyard vines/TFM stuff. Upper-middle tier. Could be top in a year or so.
