Comment:  Theta Chi's thrown some great parties this year. While they've started to slow down a lot, they had consistent parties at the beginning of the year on the weekends - one of the few fraternities to do so. Some of the brothers are major tools, but many are really cool. I've heard they're very cliquey, but I haven't seen much of that. Hope they'll keep their parties going next semester.
