Comment:  Chi Phi is a fun place to go on a Friday night when there's nothing else going on. Used to go there a lot freshman year with my hall, but have since moved on to greener pastures. Know a couple of their brothers and they are pretty cool, but others are downright sketchy. Overall, a good off-campus frat to throw down.
