Comment:  Definitely the best fraternity on campus besides phi psi. They throw awesome dance parties and their house is so cool. If you're looking for a good time you can count on theta chi. They all seem to smoke and have beards, stereotypical hipsters. Not very classy guys but it is clear that they have a strong brotherhood
