Comment:  If you went to their parties, you would just think they're a good bottom-tier fraternity. Hasn't made much of its resources and bigger pledge classes for whatever reason. Will end up trying to make another splash by booking some "big" artist with Phi Delt for Round Up and it'll probably still suck.
