Comment:  if the only thing that makes them a bottom tier is that they're "weird" that's ridiculous. who decided that being weird was a bad thing? maybe they're not up tight and so worried about their appearance that they can actually be who they are and not apart of some cookie cutter group of girls with poor attitudes. :) no this is not a self-rank. I am apart of another chapter and get tired of hearing "they're weird" "they're awkward". maybe you're the weird one and they're normal? jerks.
