Comment:  has surprised this last year with some very smart girls...all while still maintaing looks of 7s or higher as well as a fun reputation. the girls in pi phi used to just be hot and bubbly, but now it seems like they are actually gaining substance on top of that. very interested to see who they pull for their pledge class this january
