Comment:  Phi Delta Theta is a house that is near the bottom of the row but I know that many girls think they are gentlemen. Their parties are lackluster to say the least but their brotherhood is fairly strong. The Phi Delts lack in grades and their physical house is not up to par on the row. To their credit, they are fairly involved within the Greek system and the guys that I have met are nice guys that you can hang out with and chill.
