Comment:  The Sigma Phi Epsilons are an interesting group that is just barley in the top tier, but could potentially be put into mid tier. They are a wild bunch and girls are always down to party and have a good time at their house. The physical structure is less than impressive but they are always in the mix for most chill guys. The brotherhood is not super strong with many cliques and not all they guys are the best looking. Overall, a large house with an emphasis on partying.
