Comment:  "house" are people referring to? A little history: KA was once a good frat at UNC but then they lost their house due to embezzlement. I believe (correct me if I'm wrong) that PiLam occupies their old house. Nowadays KA is quite irrelevant. An actual fraternity house would probably help their cause but there is no reason for them to be ranked where they are.
