Comment:  Nice guys, just don't know how to take full advantage of living in ZBT's old house. Every time I go there for a party its fun for an hour maybe, but I end up leaving early because half the guys just stand outside and talk to each other. Really nice, kinda awkward though, but just don't throw down that hard
