Comment:  i don't think theta gets enough cred as a top tier house. every girl ive met in theta has been incredibly pretty, and most of them are very nice. some are a bitty catty, and i hear they're sort of boring to party with. the last few pledge classes seem to have been pretty solid though. definitely 4th after chi o/kappa/pi phi.
